My Students
My students are creative, thoughtful, and full of questions! They love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! Each day, they come to school ready to try new things and take brave chances to grow both personally and academically.
Our school is nestled in the heart of Brooklyn, East New York.
Each child in my classroom loves learning, although the method and environment in which they learn best vary greatly. We incorporate various learning strategies, group work, and alternative seating and learning options to ensure that each student's needs are met right where they are! They are indeed an incredible group, and I am so lucky and thankful to have a new group of learners excited and ready to learn each year!
My Project
Often times my students in Prek drop their masks on the floor or forget to bring one in. Masks are really needed throughout the day in school. We are running out of them quickly.
Any help would be appreciated to keep my students safe.
The snacks are needed because they are hungry. The food they are given for breakfast and lunch is not really filling. Some students are coming in with home made lunches and other students have nothing. I want my class to not feel bad at all and to have equal opportunities to have a snack.
