My Project

My students are an incredible group of hardworking, curious, and resilient young people who inspire me every day. They come from diverse backgrounds and face many challenges, yet they show up eager to learn and grow. What makes them special is their determination and their kindness toward one another—they truly lift each other up.

The snacks I’m requesting will make a huge difference in their learning by keeping them fueled and focused throughout the day.

Many of my students don’t always have access to consistent meals at home, so providing healthy snacks ensures they have the energy to participate actively in class, concentrate on their work, and succeed.

My goal for this project is simple: to remove hunger as a barrier to learning. When students aren’t distracted by empty stomachs, they can fully engage in lessons, collaborate with peers, and reach their full potential. This small gesture of support goes a long way in helping them feel cared for and capable of achieving great things.
