Help me give my students books and cameras for a class project on social-emotional learning and expressive mannerisms.

My Project

My students work very hard to maintain their self-control and show respect to everyone, but there are days when their emotions get the best of them. This project will be on several topics on social-emotional learning and how students can effectively express their emotions when he/she is feeling angry, upset, frustrated, hurt, afraid, sad, or even happy.

A literature book will be read in class to discuss an emotion and/or behavior, and then students, in cooperative learning groups, will display the desired emotion and take a picture.

Teachings will be on how to best express themselves in a safe, responsible, and respectful way and also how to channel their emotions effectively. Students will then write about times when he/she felt that emotion. A picture collage will be created using the decorative paper and students will share their works with each other as they create a class social-emotional album on "feelings".

The camera films will be needed for picture taking and storage bags will be used to store the cameras for safekeeping. Lots will be learned during this project and we are very excited to get started.
