This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

All of my students love to create something at least once a week in the classroom. My classroom has limited crafting materials for the students to use. In the class an electronic CRICUT JOY EXTRA MACHINE will provide the opportunity for the students to learn a new way to crafting. This machine will help them with the basics of cutting materials, searching and browsing the internet for images. First and foremost it will help them social and emotional, with building their self esteem. They can work together with a peer to make something they love. They an learn the basics to crafting and th me use of printing and cutting ironing images to a t-shirt. The machine provides them the tools they need to explore and make items if purchased in a department store too expensive. If you consider supporting this project you will see my students using their imagination light up like a light bolt. They can have the materials needed in the classroom for the year.
