Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I started the school year by requesting supplies and all I thought of at the moment were markers, pencils, paper, etc. Little did I know that illness would rampage through my class.

Students have been absent on illness and we're only on week three!

My goal is to keep them safe, but also ensure they can continue to come to school every day. Lysol spray, wipes, and paper towels are only the beginning of a healthy classroom. Working with a younger population, I learned that I must keep a clean-smelling classroom so I hope the plug-ins will help throughout the day!

I also keep a pantry with school-provided food like fruits and some of the packaged treats. I want to continue keeping it organized and from moving all over the place. Designating a spot to keep it will be super helpful for our students to have access.
