Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are privileged to grow in an era wherein technology facilitates everything for them. Though this is great, it acts as a great distraction for them and their assimilation. To make this process of teaching more reciprocal, I would like to close the Chromebook sometimes and let them write using the pencils, to help with their writing and to engage them on a personal level. This increases the level of participation and activeness.

I will like them to watch content related tasks using the DVD player to play CDs on popular themes like 'Women Empowerment months, Black History Month, President's Day, July 4th and other content related movies and tasks.

From there, we do reflections, questions and answer sessions.

Should I be privileged to get these things, I will use them to the best of my ability to incorporate a lot of fun and excitement into teaching and learning.
