My Students

My students are amazing! They work so hard and want to do so well in class! Their excitement is beyond words and I love to see them do well. They push me to be a better teacher, so it is my job to help them be the best that they can be.

They deserve nothing but the best and I will do anything that I can do help them succeed!

My classroom is in desperate need of a technology upgrade. An interactive smart-board is exactly what my students need to help this get more involved with the classroom lessons. They will be able to actively participate in all lessons, and be in front of their peers demonstrating their knowledge through the use of the smart board. a great example would be during math. At the beginning of the school year we are building place value charts to learn about about place value. It is very difficult for students to "perfectly" create a place value chart that is needed. With have a smart board in the classroom, students would digitally be able to drag the place spots into the correct places and not have to worry about drawing out their charts.

My Project

Technology is growing throughout the United States and is becoming a huge part of the academic learning process! All of our state curriculum comes with online, electronic curriculum that most of the time can not be utilized without the correct technology. I would be able to take my students to the next level of learning with an interactive smart-board, and be able to utilize the online resources that come with our curriculum. Students would be able to actively participate and be able to show their true knowledge throughout the lessons. Having an interactive, smart-board will make my students and myself stronger.
