My Project

Currently, our facility does not have an interactive smart board. One area of focus is improving academic achievement in Math courses this year. Having an interactive smart board in our Math class will help to enhance learning for different learning styles and will provide a more engaging environment for teaching and learning this year and for years to come.

Smartboards provide virtual manipulatives that enhance conceptual understanding in our Math courses.

Students can use digital tools like virtual rulers, protractors, and balance scales to explore abstract concepts in a tangible and interactive manner.

Our goal for this project is to meet our school-wide goals in credit attainment and improve LEAP Assessment results to more Mastery and Advanced levels.
