I have a beautiful class of prek children. One student is special needs and another is an ELL learner. I am having a difficult time navigating this virtual teaching world and I've been told a second screen is a game changer.
My Project
Our classroom is extremely antiquated with regards to equipment and technology. This pandemic has really brought to light the challenges that my students have because our classrooms and teachers are not equipped with the necessary resources to deliver the best lessons and learning activities where children with all different learning styles are engaged and achieving success. Children who are learning virtually can feel like they are in a real classroom with the interactions I could provide them if I had the tools such as a smart board do use when teaching.
