This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love how determined, curious, and full of potential my students are. Every day, they come to class ready to learn, even when life outside the classroom presents challenges. Their resilience and enthusiasm inspire me to create a learning environment where they feel safe, valued, and motivated.
The snacks in this project will help meet a basic need—ensuring no student is distracted by hunger and everyone has the energy to fully engage in learning.
The incentives, like small prizes or rewards, will serve as positive reinforcement for good behavior, academic progress, and participation. These simple resources will go a long way in building a supportive, encouraging classroom culture where students feel recognized and empowered to do their best.
