My Project

The rolling whiteboards would be a great addition to our classroom! We love to do small group learning to help our students gain the most out of each lesson. At times, our students have trouble learning in big group settings. Breaking down into small groups can help the students understand better through more individualized attention and feel more comfortable asking questions. The small groups will allow us, as teachers, to better meet each students' needs!

Our students become more engaged and willing to participate when they are in small groups.

The whiteboards will allow the students to visually learn and engage in all subjects. Students can use the whiteboard to solve math problems by using manipulatives such as magnets. Students can practice spelling on the whiteboard and it could be erased and rewritten if it is incorrect. The whiteboards allow for all mistakes to be easily fixed and explained. Most importantly, whiteboards allow our students to brainstorm, share ideas, showcase their thinking and best of all it's not permanent. Students are more inclined to share and learn on the board because they realize it can always be erased!
