My Project
Thank you so much for considering donating to help get flexible seating in our classroom! My second graders are a diverse and hard-working group of students. These students need access to a variety of learning options! Flexible seating is highly motivating, provides alternative seating, and allows students to focus during instruction.
My students need frequent movement breaks throughout the day.
My students can move and release energy while learning by providing yoga ball chairs and wobble stools. These chairs and stools will be used during reading and math groups as an alternative seating arrangement for engagement in learning. The chairs will also act as a calm-down area so students can take time to calm themselves down in the classroom. My students are very excited to have the opportunity to have a variety of flexible seating options in the classroom.
