Having a designated small group space will increase my students' learning and provide an opportunity to receive more one to one work time with me in a safe space. For example, after having a math lesson, I can provide small group work time with my students to catch those who may be struggling and challenge those who understand the lesson content within an appropriate space or designated area. Having to constantly move my students desks or ask them to move into weird and small areas becomes more difficult, time consuming, and less engaging.
