Small Group Work Station!

Help me give my students a new small group work area that is both fun and engaging!

My Project

Please help my class (and all future classes) get a functioning and fun small group area!

I am asking for 2 long tables that I can change and rearrange to fit my students' needs from year to year and even week to week.

The tables will allow the students more work space from each other but will also allow them to be close to me so I can easily help each student. The current large U tables that most teachers have can be difficult when working with the littles, especially when I need to assist with hand-over-hand or help with one-to-one counting. The 2 tables I have currently are not big enough and make it so one student in the group is in an area difficult to help. The chairs I am asking for will be different from anything in my classroom and they will only use them during small group time. My hope is to create excitement for the students to come and work at my table. These specific chairs allow the students to move while working which is needed with a wiggly group of kindergartners.

I use my small group station multiple times a day for core subjects like math, reading, and writing, and also to help students work one-on-one. In our classroom, we play many educational games, and having the ability to have a fun and exciting work area would mean the world to me and my students!
