This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I request a kidney table to replace my teacher's desk to create a more interactive, student-centered classroom. The kidney table will allow me to work directly with small groups of students, providing personalized instruction and fostering collaboration. It will enable me to engage students more effectively in hands-on learning activities, discussions, and targeted support, helping build a stronger classroom connection and understanding.

In addition, I am requesting wobble chairs as a form of flexible seating.

These chairs are designed to allow students to move while working, which helps them release energy and stay engaged, improving focus and concentration. Flexible seating options like wobble chairs are particularly beneficial for students with difficulty sitting still for extended periods, providing a more comfortable and accommodating learning environment. The kidney table and wobble chairs will help create a more dynamic, engaging, and inclusive classroom where all students can thrive.
