My Project

As a special education teacher, I work with small groups of students who need individualized instruction and extra support to succeed. These students benefit greatly from hands-on, engaging learning tools that help bridge the gap between their current skills and grade-level expectations. My goal is to create a learning environment where every student can thrive—regardless of their unique challenges.

I’m requesting electronic devices such as tablets that my students can use during small group pullout sessions.

These tools will allow me to personalize instruction, offer interactive lessons, and use educational apps that reinforce key skills in reading, math, and writing. With access to technology, students will be able to work at their own pace, receive immediate feedback, and feel more confident and independent in their learning.

Many of my students struggle with attention, processing, or language-based learning disabilities, and traditional materials alone aren't always effective. These devices will open up new possibilities for differentiated instruction, accessibility features, and interactive content that meets their needs.
