Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Small group time is an important part of our day. This is the time where I target each students specific needs in a small setting. Elkonin boxes and magnetic letters to build new words, and post-its to practice word chaining in a fun hands on way.

Having a variety of tools and materials enhance our small group instruction!

I am constantly trying to incorporate new materials to keep my students engaged and excited about the skills being taught.

Meeting the needs of 22 different students can be challenging. Small group time is my favorite because I can meet the needs of each student in a fun and small setting. My students love coming to my table to work with me and these tools will add to that excitement!
