Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Once a month, students get to shop in my art store. By far the most popular item are sketchbooks. To facilitate this, I use a behavior management/achievement incentive program that I've called art bucks.

When a student does excellent work, a class job, or extra work above and beyond, I pay them art bucks.

I have to buy hundreds of sketchbooks a year to keep up with the demand. Help me buy other stuff for them by taking on the donation of sketchbooks to reward a bunch of awesome kids who really appreciate them! Thank you!
