My Students

My students are from low-income families and are facing even more economic hardships from the pandemic.

Many of my students are new to this country and may not have the resources to purchase supplies.

My school has over 30 languages spoken in the building.

My Project

This school year has been a huge adjustment, and my students are facing many hardships. Many have to stay home periodically and are worried about missing assignments. The sketchbooks are used to complete work both in the classroom and at home. They keep the sketchbook at all times. Due to generous donations last last semester, the students have successfully stayed on task and have been able to complete assignments even if they had to work remotely.

I am seeking a set of sketchbooks for the new semester as I will have all new students.

The use of sketchbooks in my class has allowed all students to participate and complete necessary work. The sketchbooks allow students to work from home if needed.
