This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are curious, dynamic, intelligent, and leaders. With every new skill they learn, I myself grow. My students are diverse, reaching from various economic levels as well as cultural. Their ability to use their diversity as a jumping point in learning is what inspires me most. Although some may not be afforded the opportunities that others may have, their tenacity is what keeps me wanting to help level the playing field as much as I can. My students keep me growing and I hope to help them continue to grow.

My Project

With educational delivery models being modified on what it seems like a daily basis, it is very important for a teacher to be able to be more comfortable being at the computer. With teachers spending many more hours at a desk, it is very important to have a supportive chair. It is for that reason that I am asking for a SONGMICS Extra Big Office Chair, High Back PU Executive Chair with Thick Seat and Tilt Function.

With this chair, I will be able to give instruction without constantly readjusting myself.

Being able to provide undivided attention while maintaining virtual instruction is often difficult but critical for our students. With this chair, I will be able to deliver a more focused lesson, building upon a better learning environment, even while learning is online.
