This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
Bringing students together through learning experiences are vital in the field of education! My students absolutely love whole group time whether it is listening to an engaging read aloud, working with a peer buddy, or simply engaging in daily learning experiences that expand their young minds. We have been utilizing sit spots on the floor, however my students tend to get uncomfortable after awhile on the hard floor. If we can get an comfortable rug to sit on students will be more engaged and comfortable in which will promote learning gains universally. Please support my students by assisting in providing a comfortable space for them to thrive through learning!
