My Project

I am seeking support to bring an important initiative to life: creating sensory jars for my counseling practice. These jars serve as powerful therapeutic tools, offering students a creative and engaging way to explore their emotions, manage stress, and develop mindfulness skills.

Through hands-on arts and crafts, students will have the opportunity to express themselves in a safe, supportive environment that fosters emotional well-being and resilience.
