Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are general education students and special education students with autism. Basic supplies go a long way in their education. Each and every day they solve math problems and write words in phonics lessons on their dry-erase boards. As the year has gone on, the markers have faded and our supply is dwindling.

My students need basic supplies to learn 2nd Grade foundational skills.

Pencil cases and zippered pouches will help organize and house their math and phonics supplies. My students are eager to learn and willing to put in the hard work, but they need supplies in order to be successful.
