My Project

My students range from deaf and hard of hearing to ESL students to special needs students (autistic, emotional support, and learning support). Since so many of our students live below the poverty line, it is sometimes necessary for us to ask for materials for the everyday classroom. As with many other teachers, we supply much out of our pocket. The students will use the consumable materials for everyday assignments. My students need simple calculators. I try and do real-world hands-on projects - staplers, even crayons are needed. Many of my students are tactical learners -- they need to actually make something - and not just on a computer. Tissues are a huge need right now as well! A laminator will allow me to better display students work with out it ripping in the hallways with other students walking by. The things I am asking for may seem trivial, but they are necessary. Thank you
