My Students

I love the tenacity my students have shown over this school year. They truly have stayed committed to learning amid the pandemic and finished last semester strong.

As we continue remote learning, I want to ensure they have the materials they need to keep them successful.

My Project

These materials will help to create a sense of normalcy during this time when students are not learning in the traditional way. By providing a whiteboard for teacher use, you will allow my special education students an opportunity to actually see the materials in action.

Students use of whiteboards will give them and opportunity to physically show what they know when technological programs may not come naturally to them.

Furthermore, because our school population is heavily based within the shelter community the donation of pencils and books will give them the basic necessities to be successful this school year.
