This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our students come from a low income demographic. They face all sorts of adversities that children shouldn't have to. Yet, most of them love to come to school. They aim to please and endeavor to persevere. I truly love the students I work with every day, and I admire the tenacity shown not only at school but also in their completion of work at home often with little to no help due to either being students that are categorized as English language learners or the absence of home involvement.

My Project

I am requesting a digital camera and DLP Projector. This type of modern technology (modern projector) will give me the opportunity to make lessons enhanced.

This document camera projector system enhances lessons - it not only allows the ability to enlarge & reduce the size of the projected content accordingly, but also it provides the opportunity to use its audio & recording features too - making learning fun and effective for my students.

The document camera projector system comes also with a USB - which mean it can be connected to a laptop or Chromebook - making its user-friendly features portable - and can be used anywhere in the school if necessary. Having this technology will allow my students the ability to make content digitally accessible and result in effective learning. I appreciate your donation and thank you for your contribution to making a significant impact on our students' learning!
