Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My school is a high poverty, high needs school located in New York City. We are in dire need of help and supplies.

In recent months, budget cuts have devastated the purchase of new books. My Freshmen class has been attempting to use famous short stories in the class to not only learn about famous authors but also prepare for college. Students will read these short stories and prepare for college because they are introduced to new things. This resource will allow students to gain a better understanding of short stories with straight forward morals.
