Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are amazing. They are highly motivated and they come in every day with a smile on their faces, ready to learn regardless of the hardships they may face at home. Our Title 1 school is a tight-knit family and our classroom is no exception.

My students are like no other.

They are empathetic, kind, and well behave.

My Project

This project will give me the opportunity to give my students rewards for their stellar behavior.

These fidgets, notecards, and mini-finger skateboards will help my students to keep up their good behavior.

Fourth grade is an essential year to build good character and positive behavior habits that will make a difference in school and their community. With these prizes, my motivated students will have the opportunity to earn a small toy prize while still building positive behavior and character traits that will make them successful throughout their elementary years and beyond. The notecards are a great piece of relationship building between me and my students as I am able to write them encouraging notes and the parents are able to see how hard they're working and getting recognition for it!
