Shelves for Books and Bluetooth Speaker for Our Performances!
Help me give my students bookshelves and a portable Bluetooth speaker to listen and dance to music from all around the world.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My classroom is a vibrant, hands-on learning environment where students can explore and become lifelong learners. I have 25 wonderful, fun, loving students, who are learning two languages: English and Spanish. They come to school ready to learn each day. They are quick to ask questions, participate, and jump into exploring and discovering new things. They will learn to discover, explore with confidence, and develop a lifetime love of learning.
My Project
These bookshelves will be used to house all of the new books that we received from our district to support our new curriculum The First Great Eight. In addition, the bookshelves will be used to store our Wonder Co-lab and Quest Co-lab materials.
All books and Co-Lab materials will be stored on these shelves in bins so the students can get to them quickly.
Students will also be able to put the books and materials away in the correct bin and space as they will be labeled. My students will enjoy seeing the books displayed in a way that they can choose their books.
The Bluetooth speaker will help me create an environment in which my students will be rocking to the beat of music from around the world. In addition, the Bluetooth speaker will be easy to carry and have some music playing as my students engage in warm-ups and use during school performances. It is very difficult to use my cellphone to create an engaging environment; therefore, the Bluetooth speaker will minimize the hardship of engaging my students.
