This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My sixth grade class thrives by listening to audiobooks, podcasts, and other programs on their class laptops. In order to do this, I want to provide them with working headphones they can use to help engage and shape their imaginations.

Art is another way that my students like to express themselves.

They love to decorate our classroom with their art and show off their emotions, creativity, and talent. Having the materials to allow this to happen is something that I strive for.

Finally, I love to laminate certain works and projects for my students, such as them making bookmarks, nametags, and other art projects that they may want to keep forever. I also love laminating words that I use to showcase work in my classroom for Open House and when volunteers come into my classroom.
