Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My high school is a high needs school. An overwhelming majority of our students qualify for free lunch.

My students want to explore classical Shakespeare titles.

They asked to be introduced to plays by this great literary author, but due to recent budget cuts we are unable to get the necessary funding we need to but the new books. Othello is one of those titles that the student asked to read.

My Project

Only you can make the difference. Only you can undo the burden of budget cuts. Students needs to read these classical titles before they go to college. This will prepare them for college and allow them to engage in collegial discussion when they do go to college.
