My Project

Outdoor play is not just a leisure activity, but a necessary part of the development of our preschoolers with disabilities. However, we currently lack the necessary play structures, outdoor equipment, and shades for them when they play outdoors. We set up our outdoor area daily with manipulatives so the students can play outside. However, we cannot play outside when the weather is hot because there are no shades. This is a crucial issue that needs to be addressed.

The pop-up tents can provide the shade the students need during outdoor play.

All the listed materials can be used for educational learning while students play outside. These materials will be put on different tables so students can access manipulatives during outdoor play.

Through these materials, the students will learn cooperative play, share, take turns, wait for their turn, and engage in conversation with each other. They will also learn to be responsible by cleaning up after playing. With the donors' help, we can achieve our goals for outdoor play.
