Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My high school students come to school every single day looking for a challenging high school experience. They are the type of students who enjoy thinking critically and applying what they learn in the classroom and connect it to their lives outside of school.

These sewing/ circuit kits will give my students the challenge they are yearning to experience.

These kits provide resources in all subject areas to enrich all students' learning by providing access to thousands of standards-aligned activities which collaborate with our curriculum. Hands-on activities like creating LED circuits, which is presented in a creative activity for creating a working circuit, will easily be a class favorite for my students. I feel this is the perfect product to change the way students think about electronics. Students will learn to build circuits while making interactive artwork.
