This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are building a makerspace in our school, which is a costly and complicated process. Ideally, we would receive a large sum of money to create a space like this, with soup to nuts planning, technical support and infrastructure. Unfortunately, we have to piece this project together machine by machine. We're going to do it!
A sewing machine and accessories such as fabric and thread will improve our ability to make dynamic, custom projects, including original student prototypes.
Please help us acquire this important machine for our makerspace, we need it!
