This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a performing arts school, I am so grateful that I get to work with so many creative and talented individuals. This year, we are expanding our theater program and adding a costume design course to help create the costumes for our upcoming annual musical. With these supplies, we are going to add to our collection of resources to help us learn how to stitch and create costumes. Also, everyone deserves to learn how to use a needle and thread; it is a life skill. We should all know how to sew on a button!
