This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I'm moving to a new campus and am requesting materials to set up for a successful new year. An essential component to a healthy classroom is a HEPA air purifier (with replacement filters) to keep allergies and germs at bay. This will ensure that the kids who enter my classroom in August will breathe clean air and hopefully catch fewer colds during the flu season.

I am also requesting combination locks for the classroom to keep technology locked up, yet accessible for the kids.

A magnetic mirror can be affixed to the file cabinet so that kids can check on their appearance/hygiene and go about their day with confidence. A usb-drive will allow kids to keep presentations backed up.
