My Project

This project is designed to benefit my fourth graders! I am a first year teacher, and all of these materials will go toward setting up my classroom. Having resources, such as the ability to purchase activities from Teachers pay Teachers, will benefit my classroom through offering a variety of lessons and structures. The other materials I have put on my project list, such as Harry Potter and Alice in Wonderland, are meant to enhance our learning environment even more. Allowing students access to create materials and literature will increase a love of learning. I can use these materials to help students find a love of literature and come to better understand the English language. I can use the more organizational materials, such as privacy shields, and a tray paper organizer, to keep distractions limited in my class. When taking tests, or completing assignments, organization will greatly benefit my students. The less clutter in the classroom, the better they can focus. I expect these materials to assist in keeping my students on task throughout the day. The materials I have requested are all to help set up a classroom. They will be used not only this year, but in future years to come as well. I have selected materials that can be used repeatedly and help me be a better teacher.
