My Project

The beginning of the school year is quickly approaching. This DonorsChoose project is looking to support students' academic and social-emotional growth. The file folders and organizer will help the students stay organized with their data and to set goals for continuous growth. The magnetic writing paper will support interactive writing and a visual model. The book boxes will support their literacy growth by holding their literacy materials.

It is important to provide students with the appropriate materials to set them up for success both academically and socially emotionally.

The calm corner in the classroom is going through a transformation. The fish tank is a tool for students to regulate and be able to rejoin the activity. These first graders deserve all opportunities to learn and grow.
