My Students

My students are the best students in Queens New York. They are loving, creative and eager to learn. Some live in the middle-class community and some are from shelters. Overall we have a very loving classroom community where students are comfortable in taking chances and learning from me​ as well as their peers. My students love to read and write. My students are always looking for a comfortable location to read and write, which is why I am searching for bean bags for them to read with partners and work together with partners in a comfortable location. It would be such a blessing to be funded for this small project of 25 bean bags.

My Project

These cozy bean bag chairs will reinforce my vision for a serene classroom where students can learn through a Serene and calm environment. This will also help to support my student's fluency and stamina and reading which is a primary goal for this year. My students are always seeking a serene location where they can engage in books for independent reading. These six bean bag chairs will help to make the plan come together. Furthermore, I believe that when my students have a comfortable location to read, they will have even more of a love for reading. Please help me make this vision come alive.
