My Project

As a dedicated speech therapist working with special needs students, I am seeking funding through DonorsChoose to provide essential sensory and adaptive materials for my students. With the right tools, we can make learning accessible, enjoyable and impactful for every student. These tools, including cuff aids, chewies, sensory strips, and more, are critical in supporting my students’ mental health by helping them manage sensory processing challenges and anxiety. By addressing their sensory needs, these materials will not only improve their focus and communication skills but also promote a calm and supportive space where they can thrive emotionally and academically.
