This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our Pre-K and Kindergarten classrooms, we have a diverse group of young learners, each with unique sensory needs. To support their emotional regulation, focus, and overall learning, we are seeking to provide a variety of sensory tools and materials. These resources will help our students engage with their learning environment in a way that supports their individual needs—whether it's through calming fidget toys, textured materials, or other sensory-friendly items.

Sensory tools are especially vital for young learners, as they help reduce anxiety, improve concentration, and create a safe space for children to self-regulate.

With these tools, students can enhance their learning experience while building important skills like self-awareness and emotional control.

Your support will provide each child with the resources they need to thrive in the classroom, ultimately fostering an inclusive and enriching environment for all. Thank you for helping us create a positive, sensory-friendly classroom where every student can succeed!
