My Project

I teach reading and writing interventions for multiple grade leves. The students I work in my literacty intervention class benefit from the integration of sensory materials, use of classroom incentives and fidgets. I've prioritized these needs when selecting items to request in theis donors choose proposal. I've requested items such as foot stools, wiggle seats, finger grips to support differing student needs for seating and writing. I've also requested multi-sensory tools for handwriting and letter recognition such as chalboards and chalk, dough to form letters and a magnet writing board.
