My Project

Sensory tables allow children to actively explore materials using a variety of tools and their hands.

Sensory play is essential for child development since it improves sensory awareness, fine motor skills, language development, cognitive growth, and problem-solving abilities in an enjoyable and engaging manner.

This well made birch table will give us endless opportunities for play. We will use the requested sand, pom poms, etc. to create different sensory activities. The TPT resources and cardstock paper will allow me to create activities to sequence stories we've read or make pieces for students to sort.
