This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Greetings! My name is Ms. Ruth and I am the special education teacher in an inclusive classroom at an Early Education Center. My project will provide my students with the materials and supports that will help them continue into the school year! I want to be able to provide all of my students with the proper accommodation and supports that will help them have smoother transitions both in and outside the classroom setting. Some of my students with special needs present some challenges in a broad inclusive setting. Having figits, manipulatives, and weighted materials available will allow my students to stay on task and focused during classroom instruction.
