Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As an Occupational Therapist, I have witnessed firsthand the impact of sensory processing challenges on students' ability to learn and succeed. Many students struggle with self-regulation, leading to difficulties with focus, attention, and emotional management. To address this critical need, I am seeking funding to acquire sensory tools and add to a supportive break area that will help my students develop essential self-regulation skills.

By providing sensory tools and a supportive break area, we can empower our students to take control of their own learning and emotional well-being.

This project has the potential to make a significant impact on the lives of our students, and we believe that with your support, we can create a more inclusive and effective learning environment. Thank you for considering funding our project.
