My Project

In my special education classroom, many of our students learn and engage with the world in unique ways. Providing a variety of sensory tools and materials is crucial for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Sensory items such as fidgets, comfy chairs, textured toys, and soft dolls can help students with sensory processing differences regulate their emotions, focus their attention, and reduce anxiety. These resources allow students to better access the curriculum, participate in activities, and develop essential self-regulation skills. By funding this project, you will directly impact the lives of my students, empowering them to thrive and reach their full potential in a learning space tailored to their individual needs."
