Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The items in this project will help students express themselves and stay healthy. Sensory items are a great tool for students who struggle with fidgeting at the carpet or while doing activities.

Sensory items are key in helping guide student's attention back onto the task at hand.

The objects chosen for this project include sensory items that can be used quietly and in a way where it does not cause a distraction. Along with these items, we are in need of sanitizer in order to ensure our tools stay free of germs and can be used by everyone. Students use sanitizer before handling sensory items so that we prevent illness and keep everyone healthy.
