My Project

A sensory room will allow students the space and comfort to regulate their emotions and decompress. So may of our students here on campus struggle with self regulation, strong emotions and not meeting sensory needs. We are lucky enough to have an extra room on campus that we would like to transform into a sensory room for all students to have access to.

This sensory room will offer choices for our students of all ages that meet their individual needs.

This furniture will allow flexible seating for them to move about freely. The sensory toys will help regulate emotions and their bodies. I have never done such a big project that benefits a whole school but I am so excited for this to all come together.
