This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

After 3 years of working as a substitute teacher, I am thrilled to begin my journey as a speech therapist in the AIMS program. The AIMS program is designed to provide intensive support for 6 young learners with communication and behavioral needs.

Our dedicated team, which includes a special education teacher, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, a paraprofessional, and an occupational therapist, collaborates to create a nurturing and inclusive environment tailored to each child’s unique needs.

To provide the best possible support, we need extra resources and materials.
