Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We have two Transitional Kindergarten classes at our school. Our 4-year-old students are full of energy and excitement. The Tuff Tray is a large table with deep edges for sensory play. We will be able to change materials often to allow for lots of play time and exploration.

TK students are expected to learn and explore through play.

The Pluffle is a colorful sensory filler that feels like play dough but smooshes like sand. The TK students will be able to use this to move around, fill cups, and make designs. These items will make a great addition to our classes.
